Toners Are Cheap.com offers the following Returns Policy: Toners Are Cheap.com warrants its compatible cartridges against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of manufacture (date located on bottom of box). In the event of failure during the warranty period, the cartridges must be properly packaged and returned. A RMA (return material authorization) number must be obtained from Toners Are Cheap.com before shipping the returned product. Print quality issues should be supported with enclosed samples displaying the problem. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any damage caused to Toners Are Cheap.com cartridges due to abuse, misuse, megligence, or unauthorized tampering voids all warranties. Toners Are Cheap.com will not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
